- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- 9 - 10 patients per day
- EMG required
- Botox and nerve block skills preferred but not required
- Board certified or board eligible required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
