- 1 - 2 weeks per month -- Mon - Thu 8 am - 5 pm, Fri 8 am - 12 pm
- Average of 14 patients per day
- Clinic setting
- EMG and Botox required -- EEG preferred but not required
- Option to transition to a permanent position
