- Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm -- no weekends, holidays, or call
- ~23 scheduled patients per physician per day
- Outpatient clinic setting
- General neurology and headache patient population
- Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
- Two neurologists needed -- coverage across two clinic locations
