Job Description
The neuroscience group at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, a Comprehensive Stroke and Level I Trauma Center in Nashville, is seeking a neuromuscular specialist with a desire to provide high quality care and teach neurology residents.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified in adult neurology
- Fellowship trained and/or board-certified in neuromuscular medicine
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Strong commitment to teaching, office consultation, and EMG
- Interest in outreach to develop 100 percent neuromuscular/EMG practice
- Anticipated 100% outpatient practice without hospital consultation or night call
- Option for 1:6 or 1:12 hospital weeks (including some night call)
- Option for APD position if qualified and interested (40 GME hours per month)
- Clinical faculty appointment available through Belmont University Frist College of Medicine

- Currently configured for 24 neurology residents at TriStar Skyline
- EMG training for both neurology and PM&R residents, in collaboration with three other fellowship-trained electromyographers
