An established regional healthcare organization in northeast Tennessee is seeking a BC/BE Neurohospitalist or fellowship-trained Stroke Neurologist to join its expanding inpatient neurology team. Position Highlights: 1 week on / 1 week off schedule Join an expanding inpatient neurology team with plans to add another Neurologist per shift Supported by 2 full-time Nurse Practitioners for inpatient consultations Provide consultations to Emergency Department, ICU, and inpatient teams Practice at a 445-bed regional tertiary referral center Level I Trauma Center and thrombectomy-capable Level I Stroke Center Fellowship training in stroke or vascular neurology welcome but not required Must be comfortable interpreting inpatient EEGs Overnight teleneurology coverage for Code Strokes, including weekend emergency consultations Opportunity to teach Internal Medicine residents and medical students interested in Neurology Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary Productivity bonus Performance bonus Signing bonus Student loan repayment Relocation assistance Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with 6% employer match Location and Lifestyle: Enjoy an exceptional quality of life in northeast Tennessee, where scenic Appalachian Mountain landscapes, affordable living, and welcoming communities create an ideal place to call home.
