- Dates needed:

  Oct 6-10
  Oct 13-17
  Oct 27-31
  Nov 3-7
  Nov 17-21
  Dec 8-12
  Dec 22-26
  Dec 29-Jan 2
  Jan 12-16
  Jan 26-30
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- No call
- Outpatient clinic setting, seeing new and then established general neurology 
- Types of cases: general neurology 
- No required procedures
- Patients/day: 10 
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff available
- Required: WA license or IMLC, DEA, BLS
