- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 9-hour shifts with lunch break
- 12 - 16 patients per shift
- Outpatient neurology setting
- Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
- Migraine treatment experience a plus
- Sleep studies and disability evaluation experience preferred
- Opioid stable patient medication management required
- Fellowship training preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
