Job Description
Seeking a full time/part time Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient Physical medicine private practice in Phoenix, AZ 85004
Physical Medicine procedures and oversight:
Pain MGMT procedures: trigger point, tendon, joint, nerve block, injections with utilization of ultrasound guidance (training can be provided in no previous experience).
Oversight of allergy program.
Oversight of medical weight loss program.
Oversight of peptide program.
Administration of IV nutrition.
*Regenerative Medicine Program:
Evaluation and administration of regenerative medicine procedures.
Initial and subsequent evaluations for all office services with documentation.
Office hours and days candidate will work:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-30-1:30, 3:30-6:30
Salary (range): $65-$70/hr
