Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Snowflake Arizona
the Medical Center is a clinic dedicated to diagnosing and treating the cause. We combine the best of medicine, physical therapy, nutrition, and alternative treatments in order to get our patients true results that last and don't create dependence.
We are seeking to fill a full time nurse practitioner position for our quickly growing physical and functional medicine facility.
the nurse practitioner meets with the team of providers to get advice on the best program and services for each patient. The nurse practitioner provides the initial intake, including medical exam, orthopedic exam, and functional exam. He/she also perform any medical procedures including trigger point and joint injections during the patients program. He/she also has the opportunity to monitor patient progress by performing a progress exam and charting any adjustments to providers orders based on patient health goals. Typical patients programs extend across 3 months, with a goal of restoring quality of life.
