- Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 1:30 pm
- 25 patients per day
- Telehealth and in-clinic visits
- Trigger point injections and joint steroid injections required
- 2+ years pain management experience minimum
- Adults only, 18+ years
- 15 minute follow-up visits
- Board certification required
