Seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Campbell, CA 95008
This is a Physical medicine office
duties will be regenerative medicine joint injections either in hips, knees, shoulders
Primary Job Responsibilities – learn and refine techniques to:
- Provide Sanexas Neuropathy Tx
- Perform Punch Biopsy on Neuropathy Pts
- Perform Stem Cell injections
- Perform Neuro Exam and establish patient treatment plan
- Present Exam, Testing and Plan Outline to new patients
Office hours and days candidate will work:
9-5 Mon-Fri
Salary (range):
$110-$150K annual
Bonus compensation:
Up to $50k based on total revenue – first year
Ownership percentage after two years
The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Pain mang background will be preferred.
