Adult Psychiatric NP Locum Tenens Job in the California Bay Area

A community mental health organization in the Bay Area is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens coverage while the current provider is out on maternity leave.

Details/Requirements:
--Coverage needed for approximately 4 to 6 months, beginning October or November
--4 days a week, 30 hours total, 7.5 hour days
--No call required
--Adult patients (18+) with moderate to severe mental illness
--Community mental health setting
--Two clinic locations in the bay area, 2 days at each site
--Maximum of 2 intakes per day
--1.5 hours allotted for initial evaluations, 1 hour for medication follow ups, both inclusive of documentation time
--Facility supports harm reduction strategies for safer drug use
--EHR is CIRCE, a Salesforce based platform
--Credentialing typically takes about one month
