- 2 consecutive days per week -- 8 am - 6 pm (10-hour shifts)
- 8 hours in mobile clinic, 2 hours administrative time daily
- 10 - 12 patients per day
- Mobile clinic setting
- Primary care, addiction treatment, and limited acute urgent care
- Telehealth services available
- Assignment length 3 - 6 months with potential to extend
- Adult patients ages 19+

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
