- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -- 40-hour work week
- 15 patients per day -- focus on continuity of care
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Patient population: geriatrics -- ages 55 and up
- PACE program experience preferred -- strong geriatric exp accepted
- Minimum 2 years NP experience with geriatric patients required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
