- 8-hour shifts averaging 20 - 24 patients; 9-hour shifts averaging 25 - 27 patients
- Walk-in patients included -- 4 walk-ins added to prebooked schedule
- Patient population: primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
