- 4 days per week, 10-hour day shifts -- rotating schedule Monday - Sunday
- 10 - 12 patients per day
- Hospital-based inpatient orthopedic/spine service
- Postoperative assessment and clinical management required
- Discharge planning and transition-of-care coordination required
- Interdisciplinary care coordination experience required
- Approximately 13 weeks with potential extension

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
