- 24-hour call shifts -- avg 9 - 10 hrs in-house, remainder on call from hotel
- Level II NICU ADC of 4; well baby nursery ADC of 11
- Level II NICU and well baby nursery setting
- Call back required for emergencies or high-risk deliveries
- Circumcisions performed
- NRP certification required
