- 24-hour call shifts -- average 9 - 10 hours in house, remaining on call
- Level II NICU and well baby nursery coverage
- NICU ADC of 4; well baby nursery ADC of 11
- Call back required for emergencies or high-risk deliveries
- Circumcisions required
- NRP certification required
