- 24-hour shifts
- 28-bed NICU with average daily census of 19
- Level III NICU facility
- Morning rounds with afternoon departure and evening call
- 2700 deliveries annually as sole delivery service in region
- 22+ weeks gestational age patient population
- Advanced capabilities including cooling and high frequency ventilation
