Seeking a full time and Part time Nurse Practitioner in Elkhart, IN 46516 ( 15 miles to Notre Dame, Indiana 46556)
this is a Physical medicine office
Procedures to involve:
- Joint injections
- Exams
- Bio-identical hormone pelleting
- Peptide injections
- General care using functional medicine
We prefer the candidate to have experience in joint injection and Trigger point injections but willing to train as well.
The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine background will be preferred. Also will consider new Grads!!
