- 24hr call shifts -- 4 to 6 shifts per month ongoing
- Call taken from hotel after finishing deliveries
- 4 to 10 newborns per day
- NICU and newborn nursery setting
- UAC, UVC line insertion, and intubation required
- Circumcisions preferred but not required
- High-risk deliveries and rounding involved
- Vacancy coverage -- ongoing need
