- Mon - Thu 7:15 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 7:15 am - 12:15 pm
- Approx 15 - 20 patients per day
- Outpatient clinic setting
- 2 - 3 years of NP/PA experience required
- Pediatrics through geriatrics patient population
- Women's health and complex chronic care required
- Comfortable with controlled substance prescribing required
- X-waiver experience ideal
