- 3 days per week -- 8-hour shifts
- 24/7 coverage responsibility -- on-call shared between 2 providers
- Patients of all ages -- primary, chronic, acute, and urgent care
- Rural health center setting
- Occasional home visits as appropriately identified
- Emergency services and care experience strongly preferred
- Collaboration with EMS services required
- Experience with minimal supervision strongly preferred

From $75.00 to $95.00 hourly
