$120k- $200k

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our well-respected medical practice full time in Baxter, MN to lead our physical medicine department. We are seeking a PA/NP who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area with plenty of shopping and outdoor activities year-round. No weekends, on-call, or holidays. Monday through Friday 8-5.
We are seeking a provider injection experience with trigger point and joint injections and have confidence enough to head up our Physical Medicine department. We are looking for someone with a "trailblazer" personality, who is very efficient, with great communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program
- PA/NP licensed to practice in MN
- Injection experience with trigger point and joint injections required
Compensation (range):
• $120k- $200k (base salary with production-based bonus)
