- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm -- 3 days per week
- Sick and well visits -- 20% sick / 80% well
- Newborn to end of life patient population
- Family medicine outpatient setting
- Women's health, IUD, Nexplanon, sutures, I&D, casting/splinting
- Hospital privileges required
