Nurse Practitioner Merrimack, New Hampshire
Schedule: 7:30am to 3:30pm on M & TH (one hour lunch)
7:30am to 2:30pm on W (one hour lunch)
Pay Rate: Mid- $50’s per hour; depending on experience
Bonus: 3% bonus potential on an annual basis
ESSENTIALS:
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
- Must be very comfortable working independently

- Out-going; Ability to reach out and engage workforce in the clinic services
- Strong background in continuation education
- Confident in presenting lunch n learns and other courses
- Excellent communicator
- Can coach employees in diabetic management/compliance
- Occupational experience preferred
OTHER INFORMATION:
- They will have a Physician to consult with, as needed, but not a “supervising/collaborative” since not needed in NH
- We will train to be a Health Coach with an on-line program
