This long-established New Jersey medical practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support clinical operations while the physician owner is temporarily out of practice due to a lymphoma diagnosis. This is a unique opportunity to step into a stable, well-respected environment and make an immediate impact on patient continuity and access to care.
Practice Expansion & Need:
22-year established outpatient practice
Physician owner temporarily out of clinical duties
NP needed to maintain continuity of care and support daily patient volume
Schedule & Workstyle:
Preferred schedule: 9 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday
Flexibility for earlier end times to support staff with children
Supportive, collaborative environment with consistent patient flow
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide independent outpatient care across a broad range of primary and urgent care needs
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with practice standards
Compensation & Benefits:
Market data suggests pay aligned with the 120th percentile for Nurse Practitioners
