Job Description
A long-standing Private Practice that has been in the community for 30+ years needs a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.
This mountainous community just 35 mins from Santa Fe has the most PhD's per capita in the US, has excellent schools, and is known to be very safe. With low patient volumes of 15-17 per day, spending time and getting to know your patients is encouraged.
The Position:
High preference for NP/PA with experience
Work alongside 6 MD's and 7 APP's in an outpatient Primary Care setting
Option for 4-day work week; Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
Private Practice emphasizes patient/provider relationships and has an average patient volume of 15-17 patients per day
Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $155-170K based on experience, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, Retirement Plan, CME, and PTO
Sign-on and Relocation of $10,000
