Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Locums Job | Bronx, New York

Join a well established outpatient behavioral health organization in the Bronx serving children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance use disorders. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

Details/Requirements:
--Treat patients ages 6 and older
--Outpatient behavioral health setting
--Patient population includes individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
--Monday through Friday schedule
--Hours available: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
--One hour psychiatric evaluations
--Twenty minute medication management appointments
--Must be comfortable performing psychiatric injections and medical assessments
--Active New York license required
--Must be enrolled in eMed for Medicaid
--Expedited credentialing process
--Target start date in September
