- Mon - Thu; 8hr shifts, schedule TBD based on needs
- 8 - 10 patients per day
- Home health setting -- geriatric-focused wound care
- Telehealth and on-call coverage available as needed
- Wound debridement and in-home assessments required
- Manages comorbid conditions -- diabetes and chronic conditions
- Collaborative wound care team environment

From $63.00 to $90.00 hourly
