- 12hr day shifts -- 7 am - 7 pm
- 4 patients per day, 2 admissions per day
- Neuro ICU -- Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Arterial lines, central lines, lumbar punctures, vent management
- Respond to codes -- no ER backup or call duties
- Minimum availability of 4 shifts per month
