this is a Physical medicine office specializing in regen medicine.

The successful candidate will have either Occupational Medicine, ER, orthopedic, pain management, or related experience. Proficiency in trigger point and intra-articular joint injections is highly recommended.
Preferred 2+ years of steady procedure experience
· Must possess current FNP license in Oregon in good standing (Required)
· Already credentialed with Majoris, CareMark and WA L&I (Highly Recommended)
· DEA prescriptive authority (Required)
· Existing injection experience (Required)
Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
