- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 12 - 15 patients per day
- Chronic condition management including diabetes and hypertension
- Adult-only patient population
- Prescription management for thyroid conditions

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
