- 4 x 10hr days -- Mon - Thu, 8 am - 6:30 pm
- Avg 16 - 20 patients per day
- Clinic setting
- Experience with chronic conditions, substance use disorder, and behavioral health required
- Gender affirming care and women's health experience needed
- Full spectrum primary care -- pediatrics to geriatrics
- Hospital privileges required
- Min 2 years full spectrum primary care experience required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
