- 40 hours/week -- Mon - Fri with varied daily shift times
- 18 - 25 patients per day -- all ages, peds to geriatric
- Outpatient clinic -- FQHC setting
- EMR: OCHIN or Epic
- IUD placement required -- Nexplanon highly preferred
- Women's health and reproductive health experience required
- Experience with chronic health -- diabetes, hypertension, asthma
- Spanish bilingual preferred -- rural FQHC background a plus

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
