Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Mental Health Specialist part-time to full-time in Gateway Portland Oregon area.
Provide wide range of mental health services to patients and families. Diagnose, conduct therapy, prescribe medications to patients who have psychiatric disorders, medical organic brain disorders or substance abuse problems.
We are a non-opiate, non-benzo clinic. We do offer tapering program for both meds. The mental health provider would need to be willing to work within those prescription parameters.
