seeking a Locum Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
--Coverage needed:
     - 7/13/2026 -11/13/2026 
     - M-F 7:00 - 4:00
     - 4-5 days/week
--No call 
--Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave  
--Practice Setting(s): Inpatient/Hospital-Based, Cover multiple facilities
--Patient Population: Adult 
--100% inpatient or ER consults
--Average # of Patients Per Day: 12-15
--Level one trauma and community based hospitals
--EMR: EPIC
--Required: Board Certification, OH license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, Self Query NPDB report within 30 days
