- Night shift -- 7 pm - 7 am
- Average census of 5 - 6 patients in the ICU
- ICU and hospital admissions at night -- average 4 - 5
- No nurse calls or codes
- ICU setting
- CNA handles intubations -- ED handles chest tubes
- Procedures a plus but not required -- central line experience preferred
