Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Flower Mound TX
$120K–$135K | Mon–Fri | Fridays End at Noon | No Weekends or Call
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established holistic and functional medicine clinic in Flower Mound, TX. For over 30 years, our practice has focused on helping patients improve their health and function through an integrated, non-narcotic approach to care.
This is a great opportunity for an NP or PA interested in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and neuro-musculoskeletal care. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right provider.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate new and established patients
- Develop holistic, functional medicine, and neuro-musculoskeletal treatment plans
- Review labs, blood work, symptoms, and patient histories
- Evaluate blood work for hormone optimization/HRT
- Perform joint and trigger point injections
- Participate in regenerative medicine treatments, including PRP and ozone therapy
- Provide IV access for vitamin IV therapy
- Document patient visits accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with our integrated clinical team

- $120,000–$135,000/year
- Monday–Friday schedule with Fridays ending at noon
- No weekends + No on call

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active or eligible NP/PA Texas license
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Interest in holistic, functional, regenerative, and integrated medicine
- Joint injection and functional medicine experience is a plus, but not required
