- 24 or 48 hour shifts -- 2 x 24 hour shifts every 2 weeks
- 2 - 4 shifts per month needing covered
- 4 - 8 patients (28+ weeks); low patient census
- Hospital-based setting
- Procedures: deliveries, intubation, lumbar puncture, chest tubes
- PICC/UAC/UVC lines, vent management, resuscitation required
- NRP certification required
