Seeking a full time and Part time Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in West Valley City, Utah 84120 ( 11 miles to Salt Lake City, Utah)
This is a Physical medicine pain management practice
The ideal Nurse Practitioner will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Pain mang background will be preferred.
