- Nights -- 7 pm - 7 am shift
- 28-bed ICU -- mix of cardiac and medical adult patients
- Inpatient critical care setting
- High acuity patients and procedures required
- Min. 15 intubations, 15 central lines, 15 arterial lines in past year
- Case log documentation required throughout privileging process
- Hospital privileges required
