- 16-hour shifts -- 5+ shifts per month
- Average daily census: 9 - 11 (NICU/Nursery)
- Level III NICU facility
- Daytime neonatologist onsite -- nighttime on-call with 30-min response
- Intubation, UVC/UAC, surfactant, lumbar punctures, neonatal stabilization
- Program expansion -- building up NNP program
- Annual deliveries: ~1,250/year
