- Nights/weekends/holidays rotating, 12-hour shifts
- ICU/stepdown/floor patient care
- Hospital setting with 24/7 neurosurgery coverage
- Full-time requires 156 shifts per year
- Prior neurosurgery experience preferred
- No call responsibilities
