Family Practice and Urgent Care Clinic seeking full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Vancouver location.
Job Description
* Obtain medical history and physical data from patients
* Perform comprehensive exams of all ages including wellness exams
* Acute and chronic disease management
* Request appropriate diagnostic testing
* Prescribe medications and treatments for illnesses
* Accurately code and document in the electronic health record in a timely manner
* 2 years experience preferably in a primary care setting
* Previous experience working with EMR/EHR software and meaningful use requirements, Athena preferred
* Eligible to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs
* Current non-limited registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
* Be and remain insurable for malpractice liability in accordance with the requirement of Washington Statutes
* Current CPR/BLS certification
Salary DOE.
