- Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri at one location -- Tue at a separate location
- 8 am - 4:30 pm shifts, 8.5 hours per day
- 16 patients per shift
- Outpatient occupational medicine setting
- DOT certification required -- ability to perform DOT exams
- FMCSA digital upload experience required
- BLS certification required
