Clinic Hours & Schedule
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call Schedule: Up to 10 days per month
- Average Patients Per Day: Approximately 15
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive $451,000-$570,000 earning potential
- Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: $50,000
- CME Allowance: $5,000 annually plus 5 days of CME leave.
- Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability.
- Retirement Plans: 403(b) and 457 plans with employer contributions.
- Paid Time Off:
- Vacation: 25 days annually.
- Sick Leave: Accrued with an IAP plan to supplement.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Alaska.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
