Job Description

A respected physician-led women's health practice in Northern Arizona is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join an established group of 4 OB/GYNs and 3 Certified Nurse Midwives. Enjoy the opportunity to practice in one of Arizona's most sought-after mountain communities while benefiting from a collaborative environment, strong clinical support, and an exceptional quality of life.

The Position:
  • Enjoy a 4-day work week featuring 2 clinic days and 2 twenty-four-hour call shifts.
  • $250,000 in student loan prepayment through qualifying program.
  • Laborist opening up to 8- 24 hour shifts a month.
  • Generalist opening consists of GYN surgery, outpatient clinic and OB hospitalist call.
  • Two days of blocked procedure time per month and no scheduled surgeries while on call.
  • Collaborative physician-midwife model, OBs take second call for generalist role
  • Access MFM support for high-risk patients through telehealth consultation.
