Job Description

A thriving physician-owned OB/GYN practice in Phoenix is recruiting a BE/BC OB/GYN as patient demand continues to grow. Offering a clear partnership track, strong clinical volume, and increasing surgical opportunities, this position provides an outstanding opportunity for long-term success in a private practice setting.

The Position:
  • 3 or 4-day work week with 1:12 call
  • 4 Davinci Robots onsite with brand new women's health tower.
  • Up to $400,000 Base Salary
  • Lucrative partnership track with med spa bonus potential, profit sharing, and production bonuses.
  • Significant clinical autonomy in a private practice model
  • Full benefits with sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and training stipend provided.
  • Even mix of OB to GYN with ability to flex to heavy GYN work.
