An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN.
Position details
Target start: summer 2027.
Join three OB/GYN physicians; clinic less than two minutes from the hospital.
Call: five weekdays per month and one to three weekends per year.
Approximately 650–700 deliveries annually; Level II nursery and 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 available.
Compensation and benefits
$400,000+ base plus production bonus opportunity.
Starting bonus up to $40,000, or Arkansas Community Match Program of $80,000 if eligible.
Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000.
Resident stipend of $1,000 per month if applicable.
27 days PTO and five days CME.
